Je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre avec des punaise de lit avec mon mari . A 5h du matin il me d'éloge dans une autre chambre je demande à être rembourser je tombe sur une personne à 8h du matin une femme désagréable qui dit je rembourse pas ni rien du tout . Alors qu'il sont bien constaté les punaise de lit une 15 qui marche sur le lit il les ont pris en photo vidéo mais aucune gentillesse de leur part aucune excuse . Comme si c'était normal . Choquant .
