Personnel très souriant et accueillant, service personnalisé, à l'écoute du client. L'établissement offre de nombreux services ce qui est très pratique, parking gratuit, restauration, boisson/snacks, salle de réunion, machine à laver etc cela est un vrai atout.

La chambre se situait dans le bâtiment le plus vétuste, celle-ci ressemblait à une cabine de bateau dans son jus, ce bâtiment aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement complet. Prix des repas trop élevés. Canalisation de la douche un peu bouchée. Néanmoins le ménage était impeccable et la literie correcte.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Le personnel est très aimable. L'équipement est très correct, et le petit déjeuner en buffet à volonté est plus que complet. Je recommande vivement puisque j'y reviens à chaque passage à Angoulême.
