予約後にこちらの不手際で連絡が取れずご迷惑をお掛けしました。 それでもオーナーの方がとても親切で、チェックイン時間前に訪問してしまったのですが快く宿泊させて頂けました。 駐車場を利用したい場合は事前にオーナーさんに知らせる必要があります。 私は連絡していなかった為、近くのコインパーキングに停めることになりましたが近くて安い所をオーナーさんが教えて下さり助かりました。 近くに新幹線と電車の線路がある為真夜中以外は電車の音が聞こえます。 私は音で目が覚めてしまう体質なので耳栓をして寝ましたが、旦那は大丈夫だったようなので人によるかもしれません。 ワンコを連れての初めての旅だったのですが、楽しい時間を過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。

Clean, spacious, comfortable, and definitely worth the price!

Beat part was the staff was very friendly and hospitable, the rooms were really nice too, it felt like owning my own apartment, locale is nice and quiet too and not difficult to travel into the city.

Beds were incredibly squeaky

駅近。ほんとに目の前です。熊谷駅までも歩いて10分位、食べ物屋さんも多いしスーパーもあるので安心です。 長瀞、秩父方面へも便利。アウトレットへも電車で2､30分。 オーナーの方がとても丁寧で親切です。

室内は清潔で、オーナーさんの対応も良く、快適に過ごせました。また利用したいと思います。

Situated near the kami-kumagaya station, it is easy to getting around to the centre of the kumagaya. Very comfortable accommodation and owner is very helpful and friendly, he speaks fluent English and Japanese and Chinese.

Great apartment with separate bedroom and much bigger than usual Japanese hotels. Beds comfortable, clean bed linen and towels, lots of hot water and pristine bathroom. Minimal kitchen facilities but good for breakfasts and those wanting to eat out. Landlord accessible and a great communicator. Exceptional value for money.

Not much in the kitchen except microwave and kettle, hardly any plates, forks, spoons etc
