Tout était parfait

L'hôtesse que nous avons eu pendant notre séjour du 21 au 22 Avril etait très agréable, souriante, et pétillante un vrai plaisir . Literie confortable et on apprécie le choix d'avoir 2 oreillers. Petit déjeuner buffet correct. Très bon rapport qualité prix

Un peu d oublie au niveau du menage, notamment derrière porte de salle de bain en autour des prise. Le petit déjeuner pourrait avoir plus de variété Un petit plateau bouilloire comme dans d'autres campanil serait apprécié 😊

Les clients qui ont des chiens qui viennent faire leurs besoins dans l herbe devant les chambres et qui ne ramassent pas.

Propreté, confort,la décoration est sobre et raffinée Le lit est très confortable Un accueil au top et un personnel disponible et aux petits soins

Le VMC ne faisait que du chaud mais on a eu une explication claire concernant la période de l'annee .

🚨 Be aware that this property may overcharge without properly addressing the issue!! Please retrain your staff. I checked in at night, and the night receptionist charged me more than I should have paid. He noticed the mistake himself, reacted, and then simply said “never mind” and “it’s okay,” without correcting it or offering any apology. Although the amount was small and I didn’t want to push for a refund, especially since he spoke no English, it was still handled very unprofessionally. The next morning at check-out, when I was paying for my coffee, it reminded me of the incident. I kindly mentioned it to the morning receptionist, Just to let them aware, not like I was asking for a refund or anything, just to point out that the situation had not been handled properly. However, she only responded with “okay” and that's it, with 0 concern. I was quite shocked by this attitude. Even though I chose not to pursue a refund, being overcharged and receiving no apology or proper response is unacceptable. This reflects poorly on the property’s hospitality and professionalism. Management should take this seriously and improve staff training.
