The friendly and efficient staff welcomed us in perfect English. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. As a bonus, the hotel is so close to the historic centre of Rouen that we had time to walk there in the evening. An excellent spot for an overnight stop.

Hotel situato nei pressi del centro città e comodo a tutte le attrazioni principali. È censito come quattro stelle ma, per la nostra esperienza, sembra un tre stelle a essere generosi. Da valutate positivamente l'utilizzo del garage privato per 12 euro a notte, buona anche l'accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione.

Si salva per la pozione vicinissima al centro città anche se il contesto (attaccato a vie di scorrimento molto trafficate) non è il massimo. Camera appena sufficiente negli spazi ma meno di essenziale negli asciugamani e nel contesto generale ,non all'altezza di un 4 stelle.

Bon séjour et bon rapport qualité prix. Ce qui fait la différence c’est l’amabilité du personnel que j’ai trouvé exceptionnel! Les + - Personnel tres tres agréable (accueil 24h sur 24 ce qui est sécurisant) BRAVO AU PERSONNEL - L’accueil/reception est beau et décoré avec gout - Literie confortable - Proche du centre ville - Petit déjeuner est bien (manque peut etre laits vegetaux! - Le départ est tardif (12h)

Les moins: - Le parking est un peu exiguë - C’est mal insonorisé: les chambres coté quai on entend énormément la circulation, et a l’intérieur on entend tout ce qui se passe: couloirs et autres chambres - nous n’avons pas eu de chance également, l’alarme incendie s’est déclenché vers 1h du matin, ca nous a réveillé et il a fallu sortir dehors (une personne avait fumé dans sa chambre) Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, il y a quand même des défauts - Les serviettes sont fines et rêches - Habituellement dans les 4 étoiles il y a un mini frigo et une bouteille d’eau offerte, ici rien
