Hostal Cloud Forest

We had an amazing stay at Hostal Cloud Forest. The location is absolutely stunning—surrounded by lush greenery and true cloud forest vibes that make it feel peaceful and unique. Waking up to the sounds of nature every morning was a highlight. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready with recommendations for nearby hikes, restaurants, and activities. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the best parts was the atmosphere—very laid-back, friendly, and perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature. It felt authentic rather than touristy, which we really appreciated. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, explore nature, and experience something special, I highly recommend Hostal Cloud Forest. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Cloud Forest is absolutely beautiful and the hosts were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Cloud Forest while hiking the Quilatoa Loop and it was just perfect for all of our needs. It is a beautiful property, and the sauna and Turkish bath were delightful. There were plenty of different spaces to hang out, a pool table and ping pong table to enjoy downtime, and hearty meals to fortify the next day's hike.
