Bonjour je viens de séjourner dans cette hôtel. Le matin à la surprise général plus d'eau dans les chambres, le personnel de l'accueil est surpris et incompétent devant la situation, surtout la nana de la réception. La seul réponse au bon de plus de 30 minutes de coupure est ATTENDAIT ça devrais revenir. A 08h30 je devais partir car j'avais des rendez-vous, sans prendre de douche est cela ne l'est à pas choqué, même pas un geste commercial on m'a fait payer mon petit déjeuner.

Very friendly, good location, beautiful town.
It was our first time at a Kyriad hotel and we found that it was beyond our expectations.The hotel was excellent and the staff were exceptional, worthy of a 5* hotel. The room, although not massive, had a large king size double bed and was very clean and comfortable The climate control for heating was easy to use and made the room very warm to return to on a very cold January night. The car parking was on site and included. We shall certainly make this chain of hotels our 1st choice for our journeys to and from Spain to UK.
A little bit outside the centre of Pau but given the late booking and the fact the city was full of people doing the Etape du Tour I was very happy with the price and quality of hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
