La cama y lo cerca que estaba de todo

1)Nos aceptaron nuestra solicitud de hacía un mes de dos camas individuales y cuando llegamos dijeron que era imposible nuestra petición 2)En compensación dijeron que nos darían la mejor habitación y al verla pensamos: ¿Cómo será la peor? 3) Nos consolaron con que tendríamos terraza y es verdad, teniamos terraza pero era un patio con muro y el piso destrozado, sin sillas ni nada para estar fuera En resumen la gestión de las peticiones o necesidades de nosotras como clientes no fueron satisfechas e hicieron de la estancia muy poco cómoda Están en obras y se nota en las instalaciones Asegurar antes de reservar o hacer una peticion que se les va a cumplir
