Le personnel était sympa, mais mon téléphone m'a été volé dans ma chambre durant mon séjour. (Ma carte de chambre a été volée/perdue avec le numéro dessus). Lorsque j'ai appelé l'hôtel pour savoir si présence de caméras, la personne qui m'a répondu m'indique qu'il faut porter plainte et qu'elle va en référer à la responsable. J'entends derrière les commentaires de la responsable qui dit que ce n'est pas possible de se rendre compte après coup d'un vol de téléphone, que c'est une blague et autres commentaires désagréables envers moi. Bonjour la manière de traiter les clients. Je n'y remettrai pas les pieds, depuis j'ai choisi un autre hôtel à Saint Etienne ou je suis traitée respectueusement.

Séjour nocturne. Carte démagnétisée en pleine nuit mais réceptionniste charmant qui règle le problème et m’accompagne jusqu’à la chambre pour être sûr du résultat. Équipe très agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner

Hotel rénové coté accueil et restauration. Tres bel endroit. Belle carte proposé, pas de buffet campanile pour le restaurant et le petit dej j’ai vraiment apprecié. Personnel adorable. Chambre au calme et propreté irréprochable. Parking
