"Agréable séjour"

L'hôtel est proche d'une station de métro, dans une rue calme et on se sent en toute sécurité dans le quartier. La Chambre est confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant et se rend disponible pour répondre à vos attentes.

Il manquerait peut-être un peu d'éclairage dans la chambre et salle de bain.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre de taille suffisante, très bonne literie. Il y a suffisamment de choix au petit déjeuner et le personnel est très agréable.

Il manque un peu de rangement pour les habits et il manque un repose valise dans la chambre. L'éclairage de la chambre était catastrophique, le but premier d'un luminaire est d'éclairer, pas de décorer. L'applique qui sert de lampe n'éclaire rien. Le rideau de douche à la place d'une porte vitrée n'est pas agréable.

À notre arrivée à l'accueil un membre du personnel nous a reçu super bien. Avec une gentillesse incroyable. Le personnels serviable et à l'écoute. Hôtel très bien situé à côté du métro. Merci

Deux points négatifs : Ma fille a retrouvé un échantillon de parfum sous le lit avec de la poussière. On entend tout. J'ai été réveillé deux fois par des personnes qui sont rentrées dans la nuit même une dame à côté d'une chambre à crier pour faire arrêter le bruit.

"Séjour formidable"

Tout était parfait. Personnel très aimable avec bonbons en prime pour les enfants, très bonne idée. Propreté parfaite et literie extra. Très bon petits déjeuners bien achalandés. Proximité immédiate du métro. Vraiment très bien, nous reviendrons sans problème et je recommanderai à mes proches et amis.
