Chek-in un peu compliqué ! Pour 3 chambres réservées, il a fallu faire 3 cartes bleus pour 2,40€ chacune au lieu de payer la totalité en une seule fois. Pas de sans contact. Rien de grave mais agacant quand même. On nous a ensuite recommandé de venir prendre le petit dejeuner à 7h30 car ensuite il y avait un groupe!! J'ai donc posé la question pour savoir si après le groupe il resterait de quoi dejeuner! La réceptionniste a certainement cru bien faire mais il faudrait apprendre a sortir un peu des process.

War sauber und ordentlich, wie immer. Etwas veraltet, aber die Renovierung hat ja bereits begonnen.

L'accueil fut agréable, mais le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, alors qu'il y en avais besoin. Les chambres et le bâtiment ont sérieusement besoin d'uns rénovation très urgente. Celle-ci est en cours. Il serait nécessaire de fermer l'hotel pour accélérer les travaux. Car l'état général, fait certainement fuir les clients. Bien pour le petit déjeuner et le personnel.

Very disappointed. Usually the Campaniles are of a high standard and this one in Pau was exceptionally scruffy and tired looking. There was no area to sit outside on a lovely sunny day/evening and enjoy a cold glass of beer or wine after a long days drive. The bar area only had seating for 6 people. We have a dog and like to eat outside as dogs are not allowed in the restaurants, which is understandable. The stairs and walkways were dirty and the paint was peeling off the handrails. The light in the bathroom was not functioning properly and the safety catch on the window was broken as well as the framework. All in all the place was very run down and scruffy. We would neverstay there again.
