L'état déplorable de la salle de bains (sèche serviette ne fonctionnant pas,joints moisis, évacuation de la douche insuffisante amenant l'eau dans toute la salle de bain jusque dans la chambre, poignée de douche cassée,muret défoncé, plinthe décollée, peinture des portes..) propreté insuffisante,murs,sols, moquette...
