Campanile Hotel Dartford

If you are looking for warmth and comfort this is not the place. It felt like a prison and made me quite uneasy. I felt so uncomfortable that I decided I wanted to leave after an hour of being there.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. It’s soo outdated and needs a serious make over. The bedroom Corridor resembles that from a horror film and is pretty daunting to walk the length alone. The beds were lumpy and the pillows couldn’t be flatter. The carpet was dark brown and looked like it was laid in the 1800s and not hoovered since. The bathroom was dirty and the sink was slow to drain. The noises overnight were very strange and difficult to describe. All in all nothing added up to a restful nights sleep. My back was not impressed this morning! I appreciate it’s a budget hotel but this was shocking!

Cost effective stay and staff very helpful

Terrible room no AC very hot I only stayed for 2 hours and checked out due to the heat ( no AC no fan )

It has the basics I needed in the room, breakfast is good too with continental and cooked options available.

very clean and comfortable and theres an amazing fresh air smell in the corridors absolutely love it

Poor Quality Hotel, mattress are old and could feel the springs as it was that bad. Pillows are flat and thin, tv doesn’t work, carpet stain. Get more like a knocked up shop than a room to stay

This hotel is ok, that's about all you can say. It's tired and needs decorating and modernising, the beds and pillows are very hard, they told us the restaurant was shut and we found it was open when we turned up. But it's a good location for Brands Hatch, it was cheap, the staff were great, check-in and out were really easy. Yes, it was ok!
