Campanile Hotel Dartford

The hotel is very nice but lacking in other areas.

The staff were very good, the food was nice. The hotel was very cold, no heating on in restaurant or rooms. One electric heater was poor. The bed was AWFUL, springs coming through the matress, hard ridges in it, hardly slept all night. Very limited coffee/tea /sugars in room, although staff were very good when i requested more. No spare pillows in room, and barely 1 toilet roll. The bathroom was cold, damp and no extractor fan working. In all, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was disappointed at first due to pay for parking which was unexpected, the staff was not helpful. However my perception changed on checkout the following morning as the lady on reception couldn’t be more helpful!

Definitely needs updating not enough plug sockets bathrooms beed upgrading asap.

basic hotel, comfortably bed, plenty hot water, towels to small, kettle in room.

Cold room, mediocre breakfast "buffet", rust on towel holders, but other than that, a decent stay for the price.

Lovely hotel and staff

I frequently use this chain . Good price . Good location . Great staff . Then they go and spoil it all by buying the cheapest mattress in the country
