Premiere Classe Orléans Ouest - La Chapelle Saint Mesmin

Good budget hotel. Easy parking. Was small but would expect this from a budget hotel. Overall it was clean and comfortable.

Basic hotel just off the motorway in Oléans. Secure parking, basic but clean room. Bathroom is one of those plastic "pods" but adequate for one night. Not much in terms of restaurants nearby but only 5 min walk to the tram which takes you to the centre of town every 15 mins or so. Buy tickets at the park and ride €3.40 return.

Needed an overnight stop on a long journey. For the price, the room was excellent, the bathroom a little small for me, but still functional. I wasn't expecting luxury for the price, but I got a good comfy double bed, AC, and a decent shower for a lot less than I paid for a room elsewhere.

Well positioned by motorway. Cheap price for stopover and served purpose well... Restaurants nearby in walking distance. Secure carpark behind gates locked at night. Lovely receptionist. We added the continental breakfast and it had everything you need, including great hot coffee! The only negatives are, bathrooms are a bit tired and only one small pillow each. But a good, clean, convenient stopover. Thank you.

Staff were very nice and helpful, my only compliant is that I had a no smoking room, along a no smoking corridor, but could smell old smoke stink everywhere

We arrived at 10pm and the hotel door was locked. We had to use a machine to get the room keys but the machine would not recognise the room bookings so we could not get the keys to get into the hotel. Don't need this hassle after a long journey. There was a number to call which we did and someone opened up for us and he was very helpful. We had concerns that if no one answered the phone we would not be able to get into the hotel.
