Super building and decor. No problem whatsoever with the nearby church bells

Interesting location

Y Capel was one of our favorite stay in Wales! It is a beautiful space, the room and bathroom were huge and beautifully appointed. The bed was very comfortable. There was quite a bit of noise from a rowdy group coming in late at night, but that isn't the fault of the property! The breakfast the next morning across at the pub was excellent and the service was very friendly and efficient. Conwy is a wonderful town in every way, and we very much look forward to visiting again!

Lovely room, lovely town, lovely staff, but I barely slept as the nearby church bells ring out every 15 mins for 24 hours! Sadly this mean I cannot return to this otherwise fantastic hotel

Beautiful building, clean nice sized room, felt classy.

I stayed here with some family members and our stay was lovely, staff, room, breakfast were all great. The only issue to mention if you're a light sleeper are the church bells ringing on the hour during the night. Otherwise i cannot fault the place

The accommodation was was beautiful and the bed was really comfy. The only issue was the bells from the adjacent church, which rang ever 15 minutes throughout the night. Sadly it led to a really rubbish sleep.

Beautifully converted chapel with excellent accommodation. Very clean and spacious rooms. Parking is a bit tricky but we were advised/informed about this

Great place to stay in Conwy.

We cant recommend this place highly enough. This is a very professionally run establishment. The staff are always so welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Our room and bathroom was spacious, tastefully decorated with a very large comfy bed. We had parking at Y Capel which was an added bonus as parking can be limited in Conwy. Our evening meal was amazing, I can definitely recommend the fish and chips!. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We had a rear facing room opposite the church. One small point about the church clock, it does chime every 15 minutes, it didn't bother us but it might bother some people. Personally we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
