The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was good. Mohamed at the beach stands out as exceptional—he genuinely cares about guests and goes out of his way to make sure everyone is comfortable. The General Manager, Mr. Yasser, was also professional and helpful when approached.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was extremely poor. The reception team, particularly Adham and Duty Manager Medhat, were unhelpful, unclear, and showed little regard for basic customer service. The all-inclusive package was not properly explained. I was not informed that there are two different types (soft vs. hard drinks), and the written information provided didn’t mention (soft vs hard). This created unnecessary confusion from the start. The handling of my last day was unacceptable. I was refused dinner despite not having had breakfast, and when I went for lunch, I was stopped before even serving myself and told to go to reception. This was handled in a rude, rigid, and unprofessional manner, with no flexibility or consideration whatsoever, despite the fact that I had paid for my stay and was leaving early for a flight. The checkout experience was even worse. I was held at the gate for around 10 minutes while my room was being checked. This was extremely inappropriate and frankly insulting. It felt as though I was being treated as if I had stolen or damaged something in the room. The hotel already had my card details and could charge for any damages if necessary, yet instead chose to delay and inconvenience me in a way that showed a complete lack of trust and respect. In addition, the room itself did not meet basic comfort or cleanliness expectations. The bed and pillows were very hard, there was no proper sound insulation between rooms, and the blanket had a visible cigarette burn hole which remained throughout my entire stay—suggesting that bedding was not properly changed or checked. Overall: Aside from a few individuals, the overall experience was defined by poor service, lack of professionalism, and disrespectful treatment. This falls far below the standard expected from a hotel like Swiss Inn and this brand. I would not return and would not recommend it.

Staff. Beach. Pool. Rooms. Restaurant. Were all great.

Maybe add more varieties on Breakfast menu.

لاول مرة اتواجد في هذا الفندق والحمد لله انبسطنا كثير , فندق جدا راقي وهادي والمعاملة طيبة ويلي بيشتعلو لطيفين ومحترمين ودايما مبتسمين ومعاملتهم روعة وطول الوقت مهتمين وبسألو كل شي تمام. شاطئ البحر نظيف وحلو(: وجبة العشاء زاكي ومرتب وفي تنويع وتغيير. شكرا من القلب على حسن الاستقبال وعلى المعاملة الطيبة, كل الاحترام وانصح بالاستجمام بهذا الفندق. Atmosphere & Service: This was our first time staying at this hotel, and thank God we enjoyed it very much! It is a very upscale and quiet hotel. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, respectful, and always smiling. Their service was amazing – they constantly checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. A heartfelt thank you for the warm welcome and the wonderful treatment. Full respect, and I highly recommend vacationing at this hotel! The Beach: The beach is clean and beautiful (: Dinner: Dinner was delicious, well-organized, and offered good variety and daily changes.

توقعنا ان تكون اضاءة اكثر في الغرفة ولكن الاضاءة محدودة. الواي فاي كان اغلب الوقت يطلب مني احط الكود من جديد! ولكن النت ممتاز . انصح ب ان يكون برنامج فعاليات مسائية. وجبة الفطور يجب ان يكون فيها تنويع اكثر وتغيير. المندوب المسؤول عن فعاليات ورحلات خارج الفندق توقعنا ان يكون السعر اقل وارخص لانه عن طريق الفندق ولكن الاسعار كانت اغلى. Room Lighting: We expected more lighting in the room, but the lights were quite limited. Entertainment: I recommend having an evening activity program for guests. Breakfast: There should be more variety and options in the breakfast buffet. Tour Representative: We expected the prices from the representative in charge of outside activities and trips to be lower since it's through the hotel, but the prices were actually more expensive.
