"Perfect stay in Pinzolo"

Very clean (the ladies organized everything so nicely that we were in shock in a good way) and a cozy room to stay. Nice spa area where you can relax after skiing. Friendly staff. Nearby to the Pinzolo lift as well as convenient near to the city center of Pinzolo.

Same breakfast every day but delicious. The bed is a bit hard.

"Would stay again if we were going to Pinzolo, but Pinzolo ski resort had very little snow cover"

Hotel was nice and clean, staff were very helpful.

Hotel was very, very busy and the breakfast buffet was chaotic. Ski room not overly secure.

The breakfast was delicious! And after a week in the mountains we loved having the pool to relax in and a balcony with our room. The staff were lovely, the hotel looked even better than in its photos.
