Très bon séjour. Accueil chaleureux. La déco personnalisée donne beaucoup de charme à l'hôtel. Très bon petit déjeuner sur la terrasse .

Séjour très agréable. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Il nous manquait un ouvre boite le samedi soir, nous sommes aller le demander à l'accueil et nous sommes remonté en chambre avec un sceau, des glaçons et 2 jolis coupe. Merci à vous . Seul petit bémole la taille du frigo .. Nous avons à peine pu mettre les compotes pour les enfants . Limite pour anticiper le petit déjeuner. Sinon l'accès à la piscine super et la proximité avec tous les commerces est top .

"Cadre un peu triste"

Odeur désagréable , un mélange de moisissures et de peinture. Pas de restauration et la salle de petit-déjeuner et plutôt triste. Très bon matelas. Énorme écran TV. Salle de bain fonctionnelle.

Nous cherchons comment cet établissement peut avoir 4 étoiles dégoûtant toiles d'araignées coulure de café sur les murs, trace de coups sur tous les murs. Dérouleur papier toilette hors service, coton a démaquiller sur la chaise de bureau des anciens clients. Bouilloire avec l'eau de nous savons combien de temps. Manque sac poubelle dans la chambre, linge de toilette qui sent la friture, poils dans la salle de bain.

Dass das Personal an der Rezeption in einem Flughafen-Hotel, wo ständig Reisende aus aller Welt ein- und ausgehen, kaum ein Wort Englisch verstehen kann (oder will) finde ich für eine solche Dienstleistung mehr als Enttäuschend. Muss ich mich als Gast denn schämen, dass nach über 20 Jahren vom Schul-Französisch nichts hängen geblieben ist? Von den Fertig-Gerichten, die sie uns aufschwatzten wollen wir gar nicht erst anfangen...
