Zimmer wie in Amerika mit Parkpkatz vor der Tür. Trotz corona ausreichend Frühstück und gutes Abendessen im hotel. Gerne wieder

"Commentaire sur manquements et dysfonctionnements"

Il manquait des équipements pourtant de base dans tous les hôtels de cette catégorie, qui sont présents dans les différents pays où j'ai fait l'expérience de me loger: Grèce, Afrique du Sud, Angleterre, Allemagne, Mexique, etc. Les équipements en question sont: tapis anti-dérapant dans la baignoire; balai hygiénique pour nettoyer la cuvette des WC; corbeille supplémentaire côté chambre (sous le bureau). La porte de sortie de l'espace accueil + restaurant ne marchait pas correctement (l'employé a dû donner un coup de pied pour être capable de l'ouvrir!)

J'ai choisi cet hotel parce qu'il y avait un restaurant... A mon arrivée on m'informe que le restaurant est fermé les weekends... L'information devrait être claire sur les sites de l'hotel et de réservation.

"Déçu et manque d'information"

J'ai été déçu pour la deuxième fois par Campanile. Au Mans et à Cléon on n'indique pas qu'il n'y a pas de restauration le week-end. Par le passé j'aimais prendre mes repas dans vos établissements avec surtout des spécialités de la région. Mais c'était avant....
