"Han bajado demasiado su calidad en sus habitaciones e instalaciones en general. Sucio!"

Personal amable, sin embargo pedimos appyo para llevar hielo a la habitación 3 veces, y nunca llegó.

Instalaciones y habitaciones muy sucias, alfombras en pasillos y habitaciones sucias y con manchas. Muebles viejos y descuidados. Las reparaciones que les han hecho en las habitaciones son de muy mala calidad. Cabellos en la cama. Baños muy sucios. El mismo elevador y tiene descompuesto como dos años. Conocí este hotel desde hace 10 años y ha bajado demasiado si calidad. Precio de hotel VIP pero habitaciones tipo Motel.

"This is going to be my favorite place to stay while in the city."

The staff was friendly and provided good service. Easy checking and checkout. Room and bed were big. TV has a lot of channels . Water was hot. Everything was very clean.

Bed was too firm for my body.
