Nothing I didn't even get to experience anything because it was the wrong location and the location that I needed it at was booked. In fact they didn't even know if they could accommodate that room either. But they did booking.com kindly requested a fee waver and refund, and their response was thank u for staying!!! Enraged

The room was dirty and the sheets had stains on them. The bathroom tub was dirty. The room had a bad smell too.

Sheets had cigarette burn holes, missing light switches, stained walls, dirty floors, furniture had not been dusted in years. Overflowing garbage outside. This was the nastiest place i have ever stayed in.

ROOM WAS FULL OF ROACHES AND NOT CLEAN AT ALL DRUG NEEDLES WERE IN THE ROOM AND THE BEDDING WAS NOT CLEAN NOR WERE THE TOWELS AND THERE WERE BED BUGS AS WELL

The bed was very comfortable, sheets were clean and soft. Towels were ok, one was stained. Property was clean and safe.

No breakfast or coffee. No bucket for ice.

Came in to an unflushed toilet , cigarettes burns on the sheets in a non smoking room, blood stains, and a huge gap in the door. Will not return to any of these locations
