i stayed in a suite for first 4 nights, room was nice and big, 1 night i stayed in a normal room, shower was very small, it needs a proper screen, water kept coming out in the bath room.

shower screen too small, water comes out in the bath. food for dinner was full of salt, didnt enjoy that

The property was fine, the staff was okay. the location is amazing.

it wasn’t clean AT ALL. plus it wasn’t 7.2k worth at all when i can stay at a 4-5 star property at this price

Was given a room with a broken AC thermostat. They didn't even check the room before giving it to their guests. The room was boiling hot. After fixing it once, the thermostat gave out again in the middle of the night switching to heating mode! Had to get it fixed again in the morning after spending the night in intolerable heat. To make things worse, the fridge in the room was extremely old, noisy, emitting so much heat when in operation making the room hotter than it already was. The receptionist was not experienced in customer service at all. That is the most basic thing that hotels should be looking at to provide a welcoming experience. Will not book again.
