Great location, walking distance to the heart of Bologna centre. Comfortable room with good facilities, quiet at night. Reception staff very welcoming & helpful

Not really a dislike, but thought I should mention rooms on the 3rd floor with no lift, so not good for people with mobility or health conditions.

"Belle chambre mais service très décevant !"

L’emplacement , la propreté et la chambre qui est grande et confortable

Nous avions demandé 2 lits séparés . Comme seul un grand lit avait été préparé ils nous ont apporté des draps pour que nous fassions nous même un lit dans le canapé au prétexte qu’ils n’avaient pas le personnel pour le faire ! Je n’ai jamais vu cela !!! De plus la chambre est située au deuxième étage sans ascenseur ! Sans Aucune aide pour porter les valises cela est difficile pour les personnes âgées !
