The service was absolutely amazing, our server Cheikya was pleasant, friendly and an absolute gem.

As a seasoned traveler who has stayed across multiple hotel brands in different countries, Marriott has long been my brand of choice and my recent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Port of Spain, Trinidad reminded me exactly why I remain a loyal Bonvoy member. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed from the  time I was greeted at the door. Amanda and Janaya at the front desk set the tone with a warm, courteous, and efficient check-in that made me feel immediately at ease. It's the kind of effortless hospitality that signals a well-trained team. What truly stood out was the thoughtfulness woven into every detail. The Mother's Day tokens were a lovely and unexpected touch, the branded chocolate chip cookies were a delightful treat, and I was genuinely impressed by the property's commitment to sustainability replacing single-use plastic water bottles with a climate-friendly water station is a small but meaningful step in the right direction. The dining experience, especially the buffet BBQ for dinner and breakfast, was equally impressive. Servers Stacy Ann and Cheikya delivered attentive, warm, and quality service throughout; the kind that doesn't feel scripted, but genuinely caring. It's evident that the Courtyard Port of Spain invests heavily in recruiting people whose qualities and values align with Marriott's service standards. I had the pleasure of spending my birthday at this hotel on the 5th of May with a friend. The environment and scenery is welcoming and relaxing, it felt like I was in a different country. Our server Cheikya was very friendly and made the experience even better. She made us feel welcomed and also gave me a slice of dessert for my birthday which I told was very thoughtful. My wife and I stayed at Courtyard by Marriott, Port of Spain from April 24 to May 5, 2026, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Our room was very spacious and clean, and the hotel overall was maintained to a high standard. Special shout outs to the amazing team: Tracey, Melica, and Kenisha and at the Front Desk Ann Marie also Anestasia from Housekeeping. Everyone made us feel at home from day one. A very special thank you to Cheikya, our server, for her exceptional customer service. She went the extra mile to ensure my wife and I were comfortable throughout our stay. My boyfriend and decided to have a morning out for breakfast at the Couryard. It was my first time visiting and I was very impressed immediately by the very warm welcome of the staff especially the waitress Melica who made the experience very comfortable and easy. Her warm smile allowed me to feel related and excited for the breakfast menú. Everything was exceptional and I really appreciate how Ms.Melica made sure to check in on us ever so often that our food was ok and all was well. Her customer service is top tier and meeting hospitality such as herself encourage me to definitely come again. I will recommend here to any one who just wants an asy quiet yet delightful breakfast that comes with amazing hospitality.

Breakfast was delightful with an adequate variety of items. Our server Melica was extremely courteous, attentive and accommodating to our requests. We got our value for money and more. Another visit is scheduled soon. Our favourite items were the local chokas and the variety of warm chocolates with added marshmallows. .

De locatie was prima en redelijk centraal. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Met dank aan stacy, tracy, darel shanice en de dames van de receptie die zeer vruendelijk en attent waren. Chapeau!

De prijs van van de hitelkamer mag wat giedkoper. In vergelijking net Azie en Dubai, is de prijs van de kamer wel duur. Vaak genieg us ontbijt niet inbegrepen namelijk.
