Tuatara Lodge

Very good location. The bus stop is literally in front of the entrance Double room comfortable, modern and with lot of light. Bathrooms and toilets very cleaned, as well as the kitchen tidy and well equipped. And 2 living room to stay too

Our room was between the lift, the door to the stairs and the door you give access to the others rooms, so a bit noisy especially on the morning Few improvements would be appreciated - coat hangers and/or shelves/drawers in the room - stickers and pen to label the food - another fridge would be ideal because 2 is not enough for the number of residents

Location, my bus stop was right outside th building, handy to dining places andlaundry facilities were perfect for me

Water pressure a bit on th low side.

Intercity Bus站即在住宿樓下，不用拖行李走，離超市，女王公園也都不遠

電梯震動很大聲，在房間也都聽得到，最不能接受的是出了電梯的梯間及房間都有一股陳年老舊的霉味及體臭油垢味 訂房時僅餘一間雙人房，浴廁需共用，除了蓮蓬頭不甚清潔，其餘都滿乾淨的 另外房間臨馬路，週末汽車引擎呼嘯聲直至凌晨2點都還很吵 房間無附空調，僅在牆上有一個小型加熱器

Staff was really friendly to me during check-in and check-out.

Room did not meet my expectations at all. Room photos on the website differed a lot from reality. Very thin walls, everything seemed to be a bit run-down (except from the restaurant next door). Did not feel very comfortable to stay there. Please note the restaurant / café is not part of the hostel itself, it is separate place. Photos here on booking.com might be a bit misleading.
