Beachrunners Inn is a beautiful craftsman home with great facilities. Pat is a great host who we have stayed with before. The beach is only 2 blocks away and it is about a 20 minute walk to the Metro station.
Pat‘s home is so warm and inviting. The rooms are clean, well-cared-for, and have everything a person needs in a home away from home. The breakfasts and shared downstairs spaces are wonderful. The inn is walkable to several great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Oh, and Pat goes above and beyond to ensure that her guests are comfortable and have everything they need. If you’re looking for a plain Long Beach (or just in the LA area for work like I was), you should stay here.

This bed and breakfast is perfect! Be advised, there is no air conditioning but there are ceiling fans in the guest rooms. The breakfasts were delicious and there are DVD's, books and games if you like. The beach is walking distance. I would definitely go back!
