Staff pleasant and nice.

A little out of the way in Ciampino. Breakfast from 7am to 9am is a little limiting for people traveling. No actual wifi working.

Toilet extremely minimal. The space between the WC and the lavatory did not allow to seat on the WC.

"Near Ciampino airport but getting to and away was a bit problematic."

The bed was ok and we got a good night sleep.

Breakfast was nothing special. Mainly sweet. Asked for an omelet, got scrambled eggs. Very hard to get to this hotel after arriving late at the airport. taxi is very expensive even though it is very near to the airport because of fixed prices. In the morning it was hard to get to the metro station with the bus because the bus just did not come. Ok that is not the hotels problem but for us a sign that next time go straight to the city center of where ever you need to go.
