Nice, beautiful hotel:) With great staff

Dieser Unterkunft hat gerade mal 1Sternchen verdient. Der Minibar war defekt, Luftreiniger im Bad war zu laut, das Wasser in der Dusche wird Kalt dann auf einmal wieder heiß. Es sind Ameisen in Zimmer! Ein Wasserpumpe läuft 24 Stunden, so dass man nicht schlafen kann Der Putz fällt teilweise con der Wand. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen zumindest nicht in den Zimmern 101- 103, die im Hof sind.

This hotel should have been demolished 50 years ago. Water has no pressure for a simple shower… The hotel is listed as a 4 star, it can barely hold 1 star.

No bidet, no party.

Arrogant and unsympathetic staff who, in addition to saying one thing and doing the opposite (they told me they would have canceled the reservation forcing me to find another accommodation then they take the money anyway!!) they slam the phone in my face .... manners , seriousness and fairness less than zero. I simply requested an earlier check-in due to bad weather forecasts because I was travelling by bike and to house the bike in a closed garage or in my room but the host did not answer and ACCEPTED THE RESERVATION without writing anything, implicitly accepting what was given to me required What I'm writing is werifiable by screenshot. A serious hotel responds by saying that it cannot satisfy my requests or DOES NOT ACCEPT THE RESERVATION!!! I've been traveling the world for more than 30 years but I've never seen a behavior like this, and it's the first time I've left such a negative judgment to a host. The worst hotel where I've had the misfortune to pass .... believe me, avoid it

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in the carnival season. The years before we stayed in Lido di Jesolo, but this hotel in Mira was nicer and more importantly, cleaner. The staff was very nice and helpful in everything. We want to thank the nice girl from reception for helping us with the TV inconvenience. There are a few restaurants in the area, so you can go out for diner. The breakfast included one sweet pastry, bread, butter, jam, honey, salami, cereals, milk, juice and coffee. It is a nice, quiet area, we liked it.
