Great place

I like that the customer service was exceptional. The staff was very very friendly it made you feel at home. I was surprised about the cleanliness and the location was amazing right off the lake can't beat it. I want to say that Francis may the stay enjoyable exciting entertaining he's a keeper! And I will always suggested stay this place to others.

There was nothing at all I did not like about my stay.

Instead of checking in at 3pm we had to wait until 5pm caz our room wasn’t ready. Staff was rude and not accommodating about it. We booked this hotel for a hot tub and it was broke. Inside pool was cold. Room was mediocre but the bed was lumpy. Breakfast was disappointing. Elevator was scary to be in and also past the inspection date. Not worth the amount of money they charge to stay here

I travel for business regularly, and I can honestly say this is one hotel I would strongly advise others never to stay at. The property was far from clean and is in desperate need of major upgrades and maintenance. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the hot tub, only to find it completely empty and broken. This was extremely disappointing, especially since it was one of the advertised amenities we were looking forward to. When we attempted to use the pool, there were no towels available, adding to the frustration and lack of basic guest accommodations. The staff was not friendly, and on multiple occasions we were told they were “short staffed,” which seemed to be the explanation for the poor service and condition of the hotel. Unfortunately, the staff did not appear professional or well kept in representing the business. While I understand staffing issues can happen, that should not excuse an unclean environment and broken amenities. As someone who travels often for business and stays in many hotels, I would rate this hotel as one not to ever stay at. I would not recommend this property to anyone unless major improvements are made.

We came for a volleyball trip. The place was ok, comfy beds, nice bar and poolroom, but our room wasn’t clean. Hair in tub, toilet paper left in toilet, they didn’t even flush it, half used roll of toilet paper left for us to use, I’m assuming from previous guests, water all over the counter, chair was outdated and stained. If it would have been clean, I think I could have looked past having to check in late because they, according to staff, had three housekeepers quit and the manager didn’t show up to work.
