"Teleurstellend, wel goede locatie"

De locatie is goed.

De kamer was treurig, kaal (hing niets aan de muur) met donkere meubels. Er stond ongevraagd een extra bed in de kamer. Te warm (eerste zomerdag) met een verrijdbare airco die veel lawaai maakte. Bed piepte. Badkamer met douche in bad met douchegordijn, douche liep niet goed door. Beneden bij het ontbijt ook erg (te) warm. Het viel al met al behoorlijk tegen, zeker gelet op de prijs.

De bedden waren goed, goede kamer met koelkast, koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker. Fijne douche, goede ligging vlak bij centrum Alkmaar, parkeren onder het hotel, vriendelijk personeel

Duur parkeren, douchen in badkuip wat gvaarlijk m.n. voor ouderen, douchegordijn niet van deze tijd. Ontbijt sober en duur in verhouding tot wat ze aanbieden
