"Good location for Airport."

Asked for an extra pillow and was in the room when arrived. Top job Nice pool area and lots of parking.

One lady on reception was fantastic very hospitable and friendly however younger lady was rude dismissive and when we asked for a drink she was really put out by the request. Ants in room which can happen in warm climate however got worse even after room was sprayed by very nice maintenence man.

The price & location to the airport also it was very clean

It was very dated. The evening meal was terrible & the breakfast wasn’t much better. The rooms were extremely basic

It was very clean. The pool area was lovely and it was in a nice, quiet location in the countryside 10 mins outside of Brindisi.

The staff were extremely unhelpful. The buses were very irregular and taxis were expensive.

"Great hotel"

I booked this hotel for a few days last minute and couldn't have been happier. Hotel staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. Room was very clean and serviced everyday. The pool area was clean within easy access into the pool which is important for me with reduced mobility. I have very specific dietary needs after surgery and these were catered for after a quick chat with staff
