The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, but this hotel has no AC in it, we got to the hotel on one of the warmest days of our holiday and the heat in our Room was so bad we couldn't sleep or stay there any longer, there was no where to get cold water, they had a vending machine in reception but all the stuff in it was so warm we couldn't drink it, the kitchen was closed from a certain time and didn't open until breakfast time, if you wanted something to eat you had to drive at least 5/10 minutes away, no facilities in hotel to get tea coffee sandwiches or food, bar a kettle in the room and a vending machine in reception.

En cliquant sur l'itinéraire de notre réservation sur le site booking nous sommes arrivés sur l'hôtel de Tours Nord, donc pas de resa à la borne, appel au numéro d'urgence qui nous dit que nous sommes pas au bon hôtel, résultat 20mn de trajet supplémentaire + péage.... Petit déjeuner sans confiture, rupture de stock
