The breakfast was good

The staff were rarely at the desk. We sat at the bar for 20 minutes and nobody came. You could hear people chatting in the office.

Room was extremely large and the property was in a very good location. Also, the staff at the front desk were quite friendly.

The room was very dark. Furniture was old and worn out. The lamps were in poor condition and provided very little light. The breakfast provided was inadequate. The juice machine and pancake maker were out of order. I looked for water, but the two large dispensers near the front desk were almost completely empty. We actually left the hotel and went out for breakfast. We will not be returning to this property.

Nice clean rooms. Overall a nice stay

The billing is all screwed up. I prepaid through booking.com. Then the motel billed my card for the same charges as I paid booking.com, then the motel billed another charge directly to my card and then a 3rd charge to my card. I paid in full to booking.com and also paid another $775 to the motel. All in almost $1100 is tied up into a simple 2 night stay of a single room. Every time I use a 3rd party booking tool this happens. Charges are always screwed up and I wait weeks for everything to get straightened out. I will likely just book directly from now on out. The savings are not worth the headaches of chasing my over charge refunds. It's pretty disgusting.
