I booked through booking.com , and they failed to mention that the facility was under construction. The "suite" was tiny. For whatever reason, someone was vacuuming around midnight. We were on the first floor, and it smelled of Marijuana or whatever people are smoking these days. I was double charged after letting the night attendant know that I had already been charged for my reservation through online booking. Breakfast was mediocre. The attendant at checkout was friendly, but unfortunately, the stay was already the worst I've ever experienced. Word of advice: Don't book a room by an experience you had at the same chain in another city. The name alone doesn't guarantee a quality room or good experience.

I cannot believe that Marriott allows this place to be open. It is an actual construction site. I typically choose Fairfield inn's as a clean and safe place to stay with my family (small kids). This was anything but safe, or clean. First, there is no sign or label on the building. We drove around for over 10 minutes passing it many times as it is clearly a CONSTRUCTION SITE (workers going in and out) and looks closed. Only to see one door with the word "Fairfield" etched on it... we walked in having to ask if we were in the right place because we could not believe what we were walking into. The girl at the front desk was anything but apologetic, the only words she said were "NAME" then handed us our keys. The description on the website calls this a "renovated hotel"!! Please tell me how? Maybe a couple rooms have been renovated? Rooms full of drywall dust, and windows still covered in poly that we could not see out of! If it wasn't 10pm after a 10 hour day of travel (with very young kids), we would have left and went elsewhere. I honestly could not believe that I was able to book this hotel with not even so much of a heads up as to the state that it is in. As a platinum member I will definitely be bringing this straight to Marriott. Please don't make the same mistake as I did and book a room here.

Great front desk

The property is under construction. It is uncomfortably noisy because the workmen work late into the night.(8pm) and begin work early in the morning.(about 7 AM.) when the construction is finished, it will be in very nice facility. It is dirty because it is a construction site. The staff are wonderful! Very caring. Very understanding there is a little they can do about the construction noise. I am disappointed that there was not a safe in the room.

Loved the older gentleman working in hospitality and overseeing breakfast. Such a nice guy and made me feel very welcome. Dining area was clean. Food was good and hot.

Terrible..entrance almost unavailable… REMOdeling noisy until almost 11:00pm. VERY Disappointed. Will not stay again…Disappointed with EXPEDIA..
