"No breakfast"

Stopped by here on 5/25 as i was traveling through. The website and a sign at the desk when checking in clearly stated breakfast to go. I understand that the buffet can not be served but i did expect a grab and go. The clerk this morning at 6:30 told my daughter they did not have any bags and all they had was coffee. Unacceptable. I am a titanium lifetime member. Once again i understand that the standard breakfast is not and should not be available during Covid but not having anything means i have to stop somewhere and get food. The timeline is not correct this was stuck and had not been sent so I am sending it now.

"Double charge "

We got double charged. Once by hotels.com and once by Fairfield. Paid 759 for two nights. Fairfield said Expedia didn’t send them payment so it’s our problem to battle Expedia. Why is the burden on me if they have a problem getting paid from Expedia? Advice, don’t use expedia or Marriott. Neither will lift a finger to help you if there is a problem, it’s just your problem. Update: A nice lady at Fairfield named Allison went above and beyond when no one else would and resolved this issue. It’s nice to see there are still people with integrity and willing to do what’s right. Thank you Allison!

"GM disengaged "

This hotel is one of the dirtiest hotels I think I have stayed. I stay at Marriotts across the country on a weekly basis. I personally believe the hotel manager is disengaged in what is going on. After checking in at 2am and pulling the covers back, the bed is full of body hair. The room wasn’t cleaned prior. I pulled all the covers off the bed and a large urine stain on the mattress. It’s challenging in finding good help today and I realize that. However there should be quality control inspection throughout the facility even if the GM is having to do it. The GM isnt prompt in coming into work according to staff. The worse !

"Bad Choice"

Worst Marriott, I have ever stayed in! My advice is to find another hotel. The place is dirty and in disrepair. I found it hard to believe that this was the highest priced Marriott in the area and that it was so run-down. They overcharged me for two nights, and the manager blamed it on an IT issue, and she acted like she was doing me a favor by refunding me for the two nights that I was overcharged. As an ambassador member of Bonvey, my expectations were not met in any way

"Go somewhere else"

Pro (there is only one): the staff is SO nice Cons: no A/C working in breakfast room, front doors wouldn’t stay closed so lobby was hot as well, pool closed, fitness center closed, it is NOT a clean hotel by any stretch of the imagination, no plugs hardly as it is older hotel so had to move bedside table to plug phone in, nowhere to put suitcase so it stayed on the desk, said it had streaming but no internet connection available, and the cherry on top- BEDBUGS. Would HIGHLY suggest staying somewhere else- anywhere else.

Im never going back because it was the worst everything was out of order swimming pool, exercise room, elevator out of order the doors on the side of the hotel side entrance was open not locking safety issues
