"Worst hotel ever"

Don’t recommend the reviews on here are not true went to 1 room the shower had mold and black stuff all around the seals and didn’t have anything that the pictures online had then we had no heat and it was cold asf In the room and the nice lady in the front moved us to another room with no ac at all and the shower in here had mold everywhere and there was a homeless lady sleeping downstairs at 3 am in the lunch room and in the lobby hanging out sleeping on the dining table their and the front desk lady was the best part about the trip sadly she was so kind and helping and the pool wasn’t even filled with water it was out of service with trash everywhere in there and the door wasn’t shut which a kid could go in there and fall in and not get back out and so was the hot tub it didn’t have a single drop of water and the workout rooms walls had tears in the vinyl and had a hole in the drywall and the online pictures don’t do justice I would rather stay at a motel 6 than ever go here again

I had 2 rooms reserved and they couldn't put us on the same floor. They couldn't put my Bonvoy credit or verify if it was in my reservation becaulse i booked through Expdedia. Elevator was not working either.

Bathroom sink plugged, pool unusable, obvious signs of wear & tear here & there. Eg., a screw loose in the shower, chips in paint. stains.
