"Descoordinación y desinformación por parte del personal."

A pesar de que el checkin es a partir de las 15h, nos consiguieron una habitación para poder dejar todo el equipaje ya que nos era imposible ir en la tarde.

La reserva constaba de 3 habitación de 4 personas, y 2 habitaciones de 3 personas. Nuestra llegada fue escalonada y no nos informaron claramente de las habitaciones que nos quedaban disponibles. No hemos disfrutado de una habitación (la mitad de una de 4), y esas dos personas tuvieron que reubicarse. Además, algunas de las camas supletorias no estaban vestidas para poder dormir y tuvimos que solicitar sábanas y vestirlas nosotras mismas.
