Lack of cleanliness

Facilities are great

I am not happy about the tie it takes to,get the deposit paid back again. We are still waiting for it. A week is longer than required

Lots of space to take dogs out

Elevators need updating

It was close to where I needed to be in London.

It was dirty. Staircases, rulings with dust. Vents and even walls were filthy.

Great staff. Very good location. Clean and comfortable room. Very reasonable price.

I can not say that there was anything I did not like.

Room price, based on an old facility

only 2 small pillows per room, second bed had been removed from room, carpet dirty/stained. A/C was min. working order.

Desk staff friendly. Allowed me access to pool although I checked in close to closing. Very helpful.

Extra blanket in room would be good. Coffee maker.
