Charming and Bright Studio in Zagreb Center!

First the positive: The apartment is nice and well located, it has a lot of space and they made the sofa bed for our kids because we arrived very late. The curtains are dark and let you rest. The bathroom is big and comfortable. We had a couple of issues the first one is that we tried to contact the property through the data they put at hotels.com and we had no answer, even the people at the contact center couldn’t reach them. Finally the night before almost in panic, got an answer from another email direction saying that they had already contacted me 9 days ago, which never happened. They should send the codes 24hours before but the day of arrival we still didn’t have them, I had to insist. In the apartment there are a lot of aspects to be explained (wifi conection, water heater, washing mashine) but there are no written instructions so we had to call to ask for information. The toilet sink was liking water very hard and they didn’t even notice, they apologized but it was very uncomfortable and unsanitary. The people you contact are in another country so even though they are very nice they can’t solve anything. The kitchen has no frying pan and is not well equipped, the washing machine has a broken door which lays at the entrance of the apartment, there are a lot of cables next to the door open and messy. The price was very high for all this issues, the good thing is that they can be solved easily with some attention.

Very nice apartment with an excellent quiet location. Communication was very good and pleasant !
