Residence Inn Milford

This stay was great, we were only here for one night. But the room was clean and spacious. & would considered staying here again.

Our three day stay at the Residence Inn in Milford was very comfortable. The hotel staff was welcoming and our room gave us plenty of room to spread out. The location was quiet and accessible to our day trips in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Best run breakfast bar of the many breakfast bars on our numerous road trips. Troy, the supervisor, runs a tight and right ship. Personally oversees the happenings at least six days a week, so you should be in luck almost any day you choose. Location is quiet despite the proximity to I-95.

Great location friendly and helpful staff, good place to park when hauling a trailer. Troy at the breakfast bar was especially helpful and the lady who checked us in and happily accommodated a room change due to highway noise. we also needed to park a car with a trailer in a safe location and this location worked out perfectly.

The property itself is in good shape as you'd expect from a Marriott, clean comfortable and spacious room in a nice quiet location. What made this a 5 star review was the staff. From the moment we came through the door everyone we came into contact with friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to ensure you had a great stay. Special shout out to Evita who greeted us at the front desk on check-in, April also at the desk on check out and Troy at the breakfast area who made sure everything was clean and stocked. Misha also helped us find our way around with a smile. If you're in the area I highly recommend you give the Residence Inn Milford a try.

Our favorite place to stay when in CT. Tia at check in and April at checkout are awesome. So welcoming and pleasant. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfy. Very nice walking area around the building for our dogs. There are signs in front by the pool to keep dogs off the grass there which is understandable. But plenty of room for them to go around back. We circled the building 4 times for a decent walk for our small dogs. Breakfast by Troy is delicious with plenty of scrumptious options including frittata, quiches, mini bagel sandwiches along with good old bacon or sausage and homemade oatmeal with a dozen mix ins available. Along with cereals, yogurt, fruit, breads, scones, juices, etc. All replenished in a timely manner with a smile. This is our favorite Marriott Residence Inn that we’ve stayed out.

What a difference a management team can do. We had a very pleasant experience. We checked in promptly. Our room was clean, as anticipated. The employee at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The location is perfect for visiting New Haven landmarks and sites. A short 15 minute drive is worth it, to avoid traffic. This would be a great stay in the summer, once the outdoor pool opens.

My spouse and I had a stay here and it was great. Rebecca was great to us and was extremely welcoming. She demonstrates all of the characteristics of a customer service professional. She made our stay remarkable and made us feel welcomed. Looking forward to coming back in the near future.

Very clean and quiet

Hotel is clean. Service was good. Breakfast choice was sub par. One of the bedrooms in Room 215 was incredibly noisy from what appears to be a heating system that was outside the window...clearly management must have been aware of this. This room shouldn't be rented.
