Soul Food Kitchen and Guesthouse

We really liked this hotel. Friendly owner and nice staff. Its simple, the room was “cosy” and basic with a cold water shower but its all you need at the beach. Bed had seen better days but still didn’t stop us from getting a good nights sleep. It has great hanging out areas and a really nice pool. The food was pretty good and the the drinks were good too. Its pretty close to the beach, you can hear the waves at night. Its also close enough to the party hostels so you can easily wander over for some fun but far enough away that you can get a good night sleep when you want. Our only small hitch was when it came to tour options the staff were a bit vague. In the end the just choose to walk on the beach or relax by the pool which was really great.
