Camera rumorosa, un sistema di ventilazione con una ventola rumorosissima, sono stato costretto a spegnerla e poi aprire la finestra con altrettanto rumore

"Sehr schlechter Kundenservice"

Musste den Buchungstermin wegen eines Notfalls verschieben. Ursprünglich noch freundlich und nett - dann aber als ich den neuen Termin buchen wollte antwortete niemand mehr auf meine Mails um den Termin zu bestätigen und auch am Telefon wurde ich abgewimmelt. Schlussendlich wurden mir dann die EUR 180 belastet ohne dass ich je ein Zimmer des Hotels gesehen haben. Für mich nicht der Standard eines guten Hotels.

"Horrible experience"

The Room was very hot and I had to call the receptionist many times during the night and he refused to lower the temperature, I didn’t sleep all night, and kept begging him ( Mario ) to help me with the AC but he was rude to me and kept saying: it’s hotel policy and if I reduce it for I have to do to all customers 😡 I’ve travelled all over the world but I had never experienced such service or behavior
