What really stands out about this location is the staff. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and accommodate us. I haven’t met someone so diligent and kind trying to accommodate a stay for us.

The staff was so friendly and generous I would definitely stay again .

The place is old but has real potential. The bed was nice but the room was dirty/dusty and needs some TLC. The laminate floor was very dirty, the carpent entry was very dirty, and I didn't dare turn on the air conditioner due to the visible dirt on it. The cleanliness makes sense when I watched "house keeping" push a stolen Safeway shopping cart up to the rooms to strip the beds and grab the towels. No laundry cart with cleaning supplies was seen. I bought my own swifter sweeper after the first night and mopped my floors, which was disgusting.

Beds are extremely comfortable room is always clean staff is extremely friendly prices are great we always stay at the American Regency close walking distance to almost everything best hotel in Williams

Upon arrival it appears average for the area, but from the moment you walk thru the office door, you know your every need will be met with every effort by staff! The rooms are nice, the king bed is HUGE & comfortable, there's nice big bathtub with shower, plus a hairdryer, ironing board with an iron, coffee maker, and DirecTV service included. The owner is very nice and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay, which we did! Coming back next year!

It was okay it needed a little updating but it was worth the price we stayed the town of Williams is a great place lots of good places to eat and lots of shop for women to shop at lots of places for men to sit at

The quality could be better on the bathroom faucet.

Very dirty place. Dust and dirt everywhere. Things broken. Tub was very dirty and water didn't drain.
