The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's pet's friendly for a reasonable price. We liked the breakfast and enjoyed a dinner at the Korean restaurant.

We had issues with closing the bathroom door, required lifting and pushing hard to close it. We notified the receptionist right after we checked in. It could have been a known issue considering she was very polite, but not surprised. The receptionist didn't offer us a new room and didn't send the maintenance to check it or fix it.

Nice and clean but showing its age. Very quiet even though it is next to the highway. Excellent value for the price. Will stay again.

Everything - lovely reception staff, changed our room to a quieter area of the hotel as I am a light sleeper, room was clean and big, included a king size comfy bed, coffee machine, microwave, spa, big smart TV, warm shower and bath…

We missed breakfast as it closed at 9.30 am when on booking.com information for the Hotel it said that breakfast closes at 10 am.
