The price!

Everything, the pictures look nothing like how it is. It’s dirty and very nasty. The hot water don’t work inside the rooms, no tvs! It’s ran down. The only reason we stayed was because we didn’t have anywhere to go at the moment and it was very last minute.

I found armed men as a security which made me feel uncomfortable and unsecured.

That no one was in front desk which meant that I need to go to different hotel

The manager was awesome but that was it

The staffs were ok

The hotel and rooms are dirty. The heat were not working, blowing out cold air. There were no hot water, no TV, no microwaves, no venting machines, elevators not working, had to walk luggage up and down stairs. The entire hotel was cold. I stayed there for two nights. I checked out and didn't stay the other night and now waiting on a refund.

Me parece una falta de respeto que ofrezcan el sevicio de ese hotel es un hotel de honles me voy a asesorar para ver cómo pudiera denunciar eso me parece un sitio no acto para una persona normal
