Econo Lodge Erie near Casino

We never stayed in room. Odor, burnt bedspread. Asked for a cleaner room, room 2 was worse. Nothing working, TV, Heating units, Marijuana smell.

Everything. We left WITHOUT A REFUND

The refrigerator didn't work. The elevator was out of order. Breakfast is served too late.

My room had not been cleaned by the time i arrived. My check in was for 3pm. Staff stated website was incorrect, they start check in at 4pm. I did not arrive until 5pm, so there really was no reason for it to not be ready. I ended up dowmgrading from king bed to qieen. The air condition was stuck on and it was 34 degrees outside and the television did not work. I called the front desk and did not get an answer and had to go back downstairs to the lobby to find someone to fix heat and television. Staff not very friendly. During my stay I only saw one employee. He was literally handling everything by his self.
