Third time in this hotel And always very happy with the service, the staff professionalism and the facilities for all the family. Great location, good breakfast included. Pool for kids is a must and happy hour is great.

Walkable to the beach …. The entrance to the property from the main road needed to be asphaltedor cemented …. That road entrance should match the beauty of the resort

"Hotel refused to refund dispite of typhoon warning"

How to review this hotel, we didn’t even has a chance to stay there. But based on my experience with Hotels.com, I will not book this hotel in future if I go to Bohol Island. Due to the typhoon warning signal 1 alert, we have to cancel the booking at last minute just before we about to board the ferry from Cebu to Tabilian, Bohol Island. But Hotels.com and Best Western Ivywall Resort refused to refund us. I’m still waiting for one of the reply
