Location was great so peaceful but still in the heart of the city!! The room was ok and the breakfast was good with a lot of variety of food! Facilities were good -although unfortunately we didn’t have time to use them properly. Stuff was very helpful and nice!

"Very mediocre stay, very low quality for a 5 star hotel"

Good space, relatively clean, good gym

Slow to check in despite 3 people working, I was at the front for 15 min Useless staff at breakfast, didn’t get seated, waited 30+ minutes for a dosa and omelette, food was cold specifically the chicken sausage at 10am Ac in room turns off when key removed, got very warm

"It was a business stay, it was good very convenient and very special with the services of the staff."

I like that the staff were very attentive and polite. The food was good and the experience was great.

The food was good but it could have been better with more variety in meats etc.
