Excellent location in Mendocino. Older room with older stairs to climb. Needed to make a fire for heat. Quaint. Nice restaurant

The highlight of my travel this year. The staff was welcoming, the time spent in the lounge was wonderful, breakfast was better than I'd expected, and room 6 had the most amazing view. I'd highly recommend a stay at the MacCallum House Inn to anyone.

Accommodation not as it appeared in Expedia web site. Given room on sister site 3 blocks up hill from main building next to a graveyard. No staff on site to help with luggage. Upstairs rooms have no lift.

"Bait and switch."

Not in the inn. Several books away. Property combination of The Shining and House on Haunted Hill. Very quiet next to cemetery. One of the worst beds we've ever tried to sleep in. Stuffy room. Great breakfast (food and waitstaff) at main inn in town. Super expensive mini- bar.

"MacCallum Inn"

We had a great stay at the MacCallum, friendly staff, nice room, awesome breakfast (included), amazing area. We had a minor clog in our sink when we arrived and they sent someone to fix it right away. Would definitely stay again.
